Position Summary
A car wash attendant is responsible for making sure our customers’ vehicles are sparkling clean and looking their best, while providing a memorable customer service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers with selecting the appropriate car wash service
- Answer customer questions and address any concerns
- Perform car wash services according to company standards, including prewash, wash, and post-wash activities
- Apply cleaning solutions, scrub surfaces, and operate car wash equipment
- Ensure vehicles are clean and dry before returning them to customers
- Assist customers with payment transactions and provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Keep the car wash area clean and organized
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of car wash equipment
- Dispose of trash and debris properly
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries for accident prevention
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the manager immediately
- Adherent to company policies and procedures, including dress code and attendance
- Assist with inventory management, such as stocking supplies and materials
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Store Manager
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Driver’s license
- Ability to stand for extended period of times
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift 25 pounds
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic computer skills
- Customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Basic mechanical skills for operating car wash equipment
- Experience working in customer service or a car wash environment

Position Summary
The vending machine associate is responsible for stocking, maintaining, and servicing vending machines to ensure they are fully operational and meet customer needs. This role includes inventory management, machine troubleshooting, collecting payments, and maintaining cleanliness and functionality of all assigned machines. A Vending Machine Associate must have a reliable personal vehicle, as the role requires traveling between locations to service, restock, and maintain machines.
Key Responsibilities
- Transport and handle inventory safely and securely
- Refill vending machines with snacks, beverages, and other products according to needs
- Monitor and track inventory levels, ensuring proper stock rotation and product freshness
- Record inventory usage and report restocking needs to management
- Maintain a clean and sanitary inventory storage area
- Perform routine inspections to ensure machines are operating correctly
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues, such as coin jams, bill acceptor malfunctions, credit card malfunctions, and product dispensing errors
- Report major mechanical failures to management for prompt repair
- Collect cash from vending machines and complete cash bank deposits
- Clean and sanitize vending machines regularly to maintain hygiene standards
- Record and dispose of expired or damaged products properly
- Always maintain a professional and courteous relationship with location managers and site contacts
Minimum Qualifications
- Valid California driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Proof of vehicle registration and insurance
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working in an environment that requires manual labor and hands-on problem solving
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in vending, merchandising, or similar role preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working in a customer service environment
